The Larix Lamako tower cable system

The cable system Larix Lamako is designed for timber concentration uphill, downhill or on flat ground with reach of 550 m and maximum load is 2,5 t. Driving and transport unit of the Larix cableway is an agricultural tractor on which the tower cable system is carried on the back and front three-point linkage. Other transport variations are trailer or truck. The system consists of 3 lines: skyline, mainline and haul-back line. Lamako is the universal cable system at a favorable price with mechanical driving drums, with an automatic ransmission of carriage and remote control by command radios.

Advantages:

The whole cable unit is suspended on the back three point linkage (tower with winches) and on the front three point linkage (storage drums, assembly drum, carriage) of the agricultural tractor – both axis of the tractor are loaded and the complete unit is very mobile in difficult terrain.
The very simple and reliable construction of the mechanical clutches and brakes do not demand any servicing.
The construction of the clutches and brakes ensure the exact limitation of tension on the lines.

Cableway Larix 3T

The Larix 3T cable system is designed for timber concentration uphill, downhill or on flat ground withreach of 650 m and maximum load is 3t.

Driving and transportunit of the Larix cablewayis anagricultural tractor,on which the entire superstructure of cableway is carried on theback and on the frontthree-point linkage.

The system consists of 4 lines: skyline, endless line, hoist line, auxiliaryline. The Larix 3T is a system with mechanical driving drums. Thecableway is remote controlled bycommand radios.

Advantages:

Both axles of the tractor are optimumally loaded and the agricultural tractor with the Larix system is verymobile also in difficult terrain.
The system with an endless line makes it possible to load during transport and it does not need to brake with the haul-back line. Also, it is quite simple to drive with a carriage, with or without a load.
The load is automatically secured and kept in the wanted position under the skyline.
The target automatic and radio control of the winches as well as carriage from the loading (in the forest) or unloading place are included in the standard equipment

Tower yarder LARIX KOMBI H

The Larix Kombi is a universal unit-built cable system consisting of a two-drum, large-scale winch with a mechanical drive connected to a skidding shield. It is carried on a three-point suspension ofatractor with an output of 70 kW. With such equipment, it can work as a skidding tractor withareach of 50 m or as a high-lead system with a mainline as well as a haul-back line (skyline and mainline) with a reach of 220 m. The cableway is remote controlled by command radios.

As a unit-built system, it may be additionally equipped with a hydraulically tensioned skyline in an auxiliary drum and a hydraulically collapsible tower. It enables to get a LarixKombi H cable system with a skyline, mainlineandhaul-back line with reach of 350 m. The assemblyline is placed in the front line container.

Larix H3-650 P(A) forest cableway

Larix H3-650 is a cable system based on hydraulic drives which is designed for timber transport on plain, downhill as well as uphill in half-linkage or full linkage. The Larix H3-650 forest cableway contains 3 cables: skyline, mainline and haul-back line. This is a universal, price-favourable cableway with hydraulic drives of drums, possible automatic carriage ride, PC controlled, integrated control of carriage and drum synchronization. The cableway is operated by a radio-controlled command stations from either forest or cableway operator place.

Advantages:

The cableway is designed as the P variant for a separate trailer with own IVECO AIFO drive unit, 4 cylinders, turbo-diesel engine 125 hp, or as the A variant can be placed on a loading platform of truck with corresponding parameters.
The very simple and reliable SAUERDANFOSS system of hydraulic drives secures the maximum power, perfect control and cable movement control. The interlock system between mainline and haul-back line provides the winding/unwinding harmonization, the minimum power consumption for braking.
Automatic and programmable control of loaded / unloaded carriage movement is provided.
The assembly drum with polypropylene cable, which is hydraulically controlled, makes work significantly easier, and it also shortens the time needed for full cable system positioning.
The continuous automatic additional tension of skyline cable secures its steady and safe tension.

The following carriages are used together with Larix H3-650 P (A): HORAL, MM Sherpa U3t Koller Uska 1.5 or 2.5.
